I used this on my very overgrown Bernedoodle with a thick coat and it performed well. The device came with a charge and I used it right away for over an hour and it still had some charge left. The blades never got hot and the noise level was tolerated by my dog.

I did run into some trouble with the smallest guards having some of the “teeth” break off. Wondering if there’s a way to get a replacement?

All in all it was really easy to use and did the job and is priced very affordable.

I wish I bought the set that includes the paw trimmer too. This clipper works well for most areas except tight spaces. Quiet, lightweight and efficient. I didn't have any trouble changing combs or cleaning as some stated. Scissors could be better. My puppy is not at all afraid of it. I went on youtube to learn general grooming basics.

It good for the price but you have to go over your pets hair a few times to get it cut. I used it with the charging wire once the second time I didn’t use it like that and it died on me. Overall it’s a good clipper so far just don’t forget to charge it .
