You CAN do this!

The quality of the items are great. Heavy toothed comb and scissors also came with it. No cheap plastic.

My cat gets extremely matted about once or twice a year, he absolutely hates being brushed. In the past, I've very slowly and carefully used shears that come with hair clippers and I even tried using regular hair clippers once. I decided I wanted to try clippers meant for fur. Ordered last night and the package arrived this morning. I tried them out after charging and he didn't even notice until I got to a matted chunk. I let him eat breakfast and then took him into the bathroom where I could somewhat contain him. It is pretty quiet so that part didn't bother him. He didn't even mind while I was shaving the non-matted parts. He did not enjoy me trying to shave the matted areas, it must've been pretty uncomfortable for him, not sure about pain because he didn't meow much, just kept trying to walk away. But I finally got all the chunks off and he seems pretty content now. Even allows me to touch his back which is where he gets matted the most. Super impressed, definitely recommend!

So i finally purchased these after them sitting in my cart for over a year and when I say the best diy pet grooming kit, my 10 month old maincoon got horrible painful mats so close to the skin (scissors not alone couldn’t get to them with out nipping him) on both of his inner thighs an with in 5 mins I had completely remove both mats with Lil hissing and low groans.

This is amazing. I am so happy that I purchased this! My Sheltie is so afraid to be groomed and I just can’t leave him there when he is so scared. So I searched for this and found the perfect one. I needed to shave my Sheltie due to allergies.Also since I live in Florida he doesn’t seem to mind all the extra attention he gets from looking so darn cute and not being so hot.I recommend this to everyone now
