There are so many options for these things online. Though this one doesn’t connect to an app, it really works great. I echo the feedback on the need to play with portion size, but my timer keeps great time and it’s never missed a feeding. I think the volume might’ve gotten lower on the voice but that was a feature I didn’t care about much. The dish comes out easily to clean. Biggest criticism is it’s hard to get the top off in order to refill the food.

The portion size is exactly what I wanted, my cat needs really small portions multiple times a day. It’s been difficult to find a product that will give smaller amounts. The set up wasn’t that easy but it works and I don’t worry about his feeding times now because of this. It’s well worth the price.

If the set up of this item was more clear, it would be amazing. Unfortunately, it was not the case. I even took to you tube and it didn't help. All I got was reviews, but nothing explaining how to set it up. My cat just stares at it waiting for it to feed her. She then looks at me as to say "Hey, what's going on, I'm hungry". I, on the other hand, wait for something to happen. I was able to set up dinner time, but breakfast or lunch, nothing happens. I will give it one more shot. As I mentioned before, it would be amazing if I can figure the set up.

This automatic feeder makes life easy and keep the cat on a regular feeding schedule. And knowing she is being feed when I can't be there at a set time. Pretty easy to set up. You've been set it for 6 feeding times a day , changing the amount of food for each feeding. Nice that that it has the batteries for a backup in case of a power failure. And best of all the cat loves it, don't be in her way when the food drops.

The unit is fantastic. I went with this model instead of a Wi-Fi model, because I don't need another product sucking up Wi-Fi juice. Glad I went with this one. It works perfect, shipping was fast, unit seems to be brand spanking new and built to last. The Corgi loves it, the wife loves it, I am very pleased with it too. Easy to use, easy to set up. I think it has an internal battery to memorize feeding settings. I still recommend installing batteries, in case the power goes out. But if power does go out and you have no batteries, it's nice to know that you won't have to reprogram it. I would definitely buy it again.

That so far is the only thing I would change . Holds more than enough food , and so far the portion size is perfect . Would definitely buy again especially if they changed the time to enable am and pm setting , and on the display .
